Swisstopo geodata

The www.geo.admin.ch portal of the Federal Office of Topography swisstopo makes data publicly accessible. The portal can be used to obtain information on environmental, energy supply or transport issues. Hiking maps, for example, can be consulted on a smartphone.

The canton of Zurich is committed to open data and makes all geodata sets that have been declared as open data in accordance with the Cantonal Geoinformation Ordinance (cantonal GeoIO) available to the public free of charge for further use.
