Controlling process

The controlling process for the eGovernment Strategy Switzerland encompasses information gathering and evaluation as well as the derivation and execution of corrective measures to steer implementation of the Strategy. As a steering instrument, it uses goal-oriented presentation of information to support the decision-making and steering processes.
